Pavlov is a customer performance platform, in the niche market of customer growth. A B2B tool aimed at helping you retain and expand existing revenue by proactively driving meaningful customer actions. I was brought on working with the team over a few months to refine the visual style of the UI used across marketing. This was an exciting design problem to work on because they are fairly complex UI actions to explain. We opted with breaking down the components and keeping the visual style sleek, minimal and informed.
